Shipping Policy — Velo Live Ease

Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Velo Live Ease delivered within the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: AED 15 per order.
• Free standard shipping on orders over AED 150 within the UAE.
• Promotional flat-rate shipping may be offered periodically.

Tracking

All dispatched orders receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp. Use the carrier tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available within the UAE for eligible orders for an additional COD fee of AED 10, displayed at checkout. COD orders follow the same processing times and may require identity verification at delivery.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If delivery fails, the carrier will retry or hold the parcel for collection for a maximum of 5 business days. Parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection may incur re-shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
